Riser Management Services are provided by IMG Technologies. All work taking place with the main telephone closet or risers is to be coordinated directly with IMG.

IMG Support is a fully staffed, live support team located in Chicago and available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, ET.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If a tenant project requires new equipment to be installed in riser closets or demarkroom, IMG will ask tenant to confirm that the building has approved installation.

  • IMG will not install new equipment in the demark room or riser closets without management approval.
